• Not attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services

You acknowledge that Carveyro is not responsible for decisions you make based on information provided through our platform.

To access certain features of our platform, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Our car evaluation tools provide estimates based on the information you provide. These evaluations:

• Are not a substitute for professional mechanical inspections
• May not identify all potential issues with a vehicle
• Should be used as one of several tools in your vehicle assessment process
• Do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of a vehicle's condition

All content on the Carveyro platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Carveyro or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our platform without express written permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or service marks without prior written consent
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content on our platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of the jurisdiction in which Carveyro is established.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
